Job Description:
• Creation of product listing on Ecommerce platforms.
• Addressing customer queries over the mails/messages.
• Communicate and coordinate with the courier companies to assure the product reaches the customer at the promised time.
• To ensure all the products are listed correctly on all the channels.
• To coordinate with individuals on online portals for the promotional offers and deals.
• Managing daily online dispatches.
Who are we looking for?
• Young and energetic female candidates with decent English written and spoken skills
• Must be a computer savvy and have basic knowledge of MS office(excel, word, ppt etc).
• Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream.
