About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive for our growing Flexible Printing & Packaging business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry exposure in flexible packaging products, customer handling, costing coordination, business development, and end-to-end sales execution. The person will play a key role in building market presence, customer relationships, internal coordination systems, and sales processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers across industries such as FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals, agro, chemicals, personal care, etc.
Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and customer acquisition goals.
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions with clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.




Technical & Product Knowledge
Possess strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, structures, printing processes, laminates, pouches, rolls, and packaging applications.
Guide customers on suitable packaging solutions based on product requirements.
Coordinate with production, design, quality, and planning teams for technical feasibility and execution.
Understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the packaging segment.
Sales Process Development & Coordination
Help establish and streamline the organization’s sales processes, systems, and customer handling practices for the versatile packaging division.
Create structured systems for enquiry tracking, quotation management, sampling, follow-ups, order processing, and customer communication.
Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
