Role Description The Business Partner and Operations Head will oversee day-to-day operations, business strategy, and service delivery for NAIKINGS Tours & Travels. This full-time, in office role based in Goa, India involves managing booking workflows, coordinating with vendors and partner hotels, supervising staff,



and ensuring seamless execution of tour packages. The role includes monitoring operational performance, optimizing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and resolving escalated client issues. The Business Partner and Operations Head will collaborate on business development initiatives, manage budgets and forecasts, track key metrics, and contribute to marketing plans and partnerships that support growth. This position also requires maintaining compliance with local regulations, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence, and representing the company in key stakeholder discussions.

Strong operations management and process optimization skills, with experience in managing day-to-day service delivery and workflows.
