Urgent opening for Field Sales Officer (Immediate Joiners Prefer)
What we are looking for :
1. The ideal candidate should have average communication skills and the ability to develop a trusting setting while assisting students and parents gain a better understanding of their learning habits and choose the right course.
2. Must be flexible with the working hours & ready to go on field as per the business requirement, preferable bikers.
3. A proactive in nature, go getter attitude, convincing skills and enthusiasm is require.
Qualification :
Minimum HSC/Graduate
Job Description:
1. Identify opportunities through Web/Telephonic interaction, Marketing events & own networks.
2. Validate and manage the leads generated through the above mentioned activities.
3. Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
4. Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience weekly
5. Closure by strong continuous follow up.
6.



Provide counselling to students and help them choose the right learning module.
7. Willing to travel within city limits & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to purchase ToppScholars learning app to improve their children’s quality of education and academic result.
8. Ensure end to end delivery and sustain the given targets.
9. Once the lead is confirmed candidate need to showcase practical demo, counselling, end to end sales by visiting at clients place.
Age Criteria : Upto 32 Years
Experience : Minimum six months to one Year experience into field sales/Telesales
Working Days : Thursday to Tuesday (Wednesday Fixed Off)
Work Timing : 11 am – 8 pm
Job Location – Mumbai (Chembur, Thane & Virar)
Maharashtra (Kolhapur, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Sangli, Nasik, Pune)
Salary : Candidates would be hired and offered a salary of Rs 15,000 to Rs 35,000 Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travelling reimbursement
