Roles and Responsibilities
• Must be able to read Doctor’s prescription along with dosage information & cross check the medicines before dispensing to the customer
• Build customer relation, handle customer queries, and resolve their issues
• Maintain and regularly audit the order book to raise indent as per requirement.
• Receive the physical stock and check the slips for batch no, quantity, expiry, etc.
• Auditing medicines, tallying existing stock with computer data, stock taking of short-expiry, non-moving & expired medicines at regular intervals.
• Record all pharmacy transactions and keep registers up-to-date
• Strictly follow the operational manual for providing service
Desired Candidate Profile
• Pleasing Personality
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Should have minimum 1-3 years of work experience in any pharmacy store.
• Candidate preferably should be residing between 3-5 kms of radius of retail outlet
• Own Vehicle is preferred
