Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with College Placement Committee and onboard the college for Resume Building.
2. Interact & build communities with college students across different cities.
3. Select a particular week for each college and maximize the Resume Downloads during that week.
4. 4000 Resume downloads ensure 100% stipend i.e. 10,000 Rs, whereas 2000 Resume downloads ensures 50% stipend i.e. 5,000 Rs. (After probation period of 6 months, salary will be 25,000)
5. Work workplace is employee-friendly and Founders would provide support throughout the journey.
6. the Only target is to maximize Resume Downloads.
