JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Maintaining our products on E-commerce sites (Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart etc.) and coordinating with customers.
• Responsible for product listing & catalog management on the website and ensure that all product contents are up to date.
• Responsible to prepare inventory management and order processing.
• To oversee the order processing, timely dispatch of orders & communicate with customer to provide order details.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• The person should have good command over refund, return & cancellations of orders.
• A valuable team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
• Photoshop knowledge would be preferred.
