Job Description Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum and project delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, budgets, and risks.
- Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI concepts preferred; hands-on AI experience is not required.
- PMP/Scrum certification is a plus.
