Identification & understanding of the Student's need & Counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
Provide study information, admission requirements and visa process.
Do profile assessment of interested students and give course option by shortlisting Universities matching their profile.
Communicate with target audience and manage the customer relationship.
Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channel of communication.
Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.
Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
