Trial Tutor

The “Mastree Experience” should be known for excellence and inspiration and our Trial class is the first meaningful step towards that aspiration. Trial tutors are the face of Mastree and are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring an amazing learning experience for all students who are attending the trial lectures at Mastree.

Job Responsibilities

Set Mastree’s classrooms as centers of excellent teaching and creative learning
Facilitate a students and parents to understand the key offerings of Mastree
Offer compassionate , motivating assistance to students and that will help our sales team to make conversions




Help students understand their potential and guide them on how to achieve the same by associating with Mastree Key Performance Metric
Our Trial teachers with high conversion are most likely the ones who are being able to capture the students’ imagination the best.
Hence conversions from the trial will be a key performance metric for all out trial tutors
In addition to conversion, the student and parent rating will also be a critical performance metric for the trial tutors
Open to feedback and accept constructive criticism
Comfortable with technology and dealing with digital content
