A Freedeem Business development Manager should have a consultative approach and shall be
responsible to acquire and develop the good brands in assigned categories by strategic
partnership with the company. Able to work with Brands on offer or deal design, brand messaging,
promotion and all other levers that define and enable consumer success for the brand. Should be
able to identify needs and requirements to promote Freedeem’s App and achieve mutual
satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work on innovative and workable experiments and
pilots for growth hacks, to validate possibilities and scale the same across brands. Willing to
travel extensively and ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced workplace.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint, Ms Excel & word
handling MIS etc.
