A. JOB PROFILE

Designation: District Sales Manager

Reporting To: Sales Manager

B. JOB DESCIPTION:

Profit Centre for Virtual Office and responsible for overall profitability of the assigned territory.

Business Development within the assigned territory through Direct and Channel Sourcing.

· Appoint Merchant (Jan Seva Kendra Retailers) in every district

· Training & Engaging on daily basis.

· Achievement of Assigned Business Target from the territory

. For final reporting company provides daily expense for mobile and netsurfing.

. Target assigned for every executive is minimum 5 times of their salary.

. Otherwise basic salary of executive is hold only conveyance released up to 3 centers.

. Target for every executive is minimum 15 in a month.

.



Team leader target is 50 centers covered from every month with his total count head 4 or 5 .

C. ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY:

· The candidate must have minimum 1 years of sales experience.
