About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while taking ownership of recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, documentation, and people processes.
You will work closely with management and different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and help build a strong, qualified, and people-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.




Understand hiring requirements from different teams and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communication.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and workforce-related documentation.
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support performance management, employee feedback, and other people initiatives.
Stay updated with applicable HR practices and employment requirements.
