Job Description
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute with an under-graduation in engineering.
- Minimum 8 years' experience and proven expertise in manufacturing.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local language
- Readiness to be part of a challenging work workplace involving extensive travel for onsite activity in manufacturing units.
