Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in NH24, Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers,



understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable residential and commercial real estate opportunities from the company’s portfolio. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, delivering property presentations, and managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, preparing proposals, handling negotiations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating documentation. The Sales Executive will work closely with the consulting and operations teams to deliver a transparent, professional, and high-quality customer experience while consistently achieving individual and team sales targets.
