Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students who are exploring our academy programs, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right course.

The role involves handling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, building rapport with students, addressing their concerns, and helping them make confident decisions about their learning journey.





You will manage the complete student journey from first enquiry to enrollment, maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects, and work toward monthly enrollment targets. You will also coordinate with mentors for demo sessions and work closely with the marketing team to ensure a seamless experience for every student.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Inbound Sales / Academic Counselling
EdTech, coaching institute, or academy background preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, guide, and convert inbound leads
Experience handling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or chat
Proven ability to convert leads through consultative selling
Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
Ability to understand learner needs and recommend the right course
