They read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.Responsibilities and DutiesDesigning of Home and Office Interiors and furniture in Sketchup as per AutoCAD drawings received from Client , or use site layout sketches as reference to make the same.Making Electrical, Plumbing, Gas lines layoutDesigning Furniture Layouts and Designs in SketchupSpecify hardware, furniture fitting, bath fittings, appliances details wherever requiredCoordinate with various agencies for execution of the projectsClient presentation, interacting with the clients whenever requiredMonitor various stages of the projectCoordinate with the site supervisorsUndertake Site visits whenever required for site measurements etc
