Role Description The Health Coach at Hobfit will provide one-on-one and group coaching to support users in achieving their health goals, with a focus on sustainable lifestyle change. This full-time,



on-site role in Faridabad involves assessing client needs, creating personalized wellness plans, and guiding users on nutrition, movement, stress management, and habit formation. The Health Coach will collaborate closely with doctors, dieticians, and other coaches to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. Daily responsibilities include tracking client progress, documenting sessions, using Hobfit’s digital tools to monitor biomarkers and behaviors, and adjusting plans based on data and feedback. The Health Coach will also contribute to educational content, participate in community engagement activities, and maintain high standards of client care and confidentiality.
