Job Description:
To respond to client enquiries and manage the initial engagement process professionally and promptly.
To understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and event expectations through calls, meetings, and discussions.
To coordinate with internal teams such as Decor, Entertainment, and Design for proposal inputs and concept development.
To prepare and share proposals, presentations, references, and options with clients in a timely manners.
To schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
To maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.
To address client queries and coordinate internally to provide timely and accurate responses.
