Role Overview

Lead end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with design intent, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Drive customer delight through transparent communication, transparency, and proactive management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Manage multiple residential projects up to final handover
Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time completion
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution

Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project execution lifecycle
Set clear expectations and maintain consistent, transparent communication
Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions
Anticipate concerns and address them proactively to ensure a positive client experience

Quality & Finishing

Ensure all work meets defined design standards and quality benchmarks




Conduct regular site reviews to maintain consistency in finishes and detailing
Drive corrective actions where required to uphold final output standards

Coordination & Problem Solving

Identify concerns, snags early and implement practical solutions on-site
Ensure material availability and vendor performance align with project timelines

Minimal escalations through proactive management

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in residential interior project management
Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and finishes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to design integrity
