Job Title: Structural Engineering Lead

Our focus is on creating efficient, modular solutions for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), commercial and industrial steel structures, Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) buildings, and RCC foundations.

Position Summary:
The Structural Engineering Lead will be responsible for overseeing the structural design processes, leading a team of structural engineers and Tekla modelers to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role emphasizes workflow automation in structural design while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and Tekla modelers.
Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team.
Design & Analysis:
Oversee the structural design of PEB structures, commercial and industrial steel buildings, LGSF buildings, and RCC foundations.




Implement energetic workflows for structural design automation to enhance productivity.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the tender team to ensure precise quantity estimations for steel and RCC components.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
On-site Support & Problem Solving:
Address onsite construction issues promptly to uphold safe construction practices.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Review engineering plans, specifications, and reports to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Implement quality control measures throughout the design and construction phases.

Qualifications:
Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on steel structures.
