We bridge the gap between real estate transactions and financial accountability—delivering precision, speed, and audit-ready systems for high-velocity property portfolios across residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. Role & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate portfolios: record transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain ledgers for multiple properties.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports—for investor and internal review.
Process vendor payments, tenant receivables, and manage property expense accruals with accurate month-end cut-offs.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), GST, TDS, and property-specific tax regulations.




Collaborate with legal and operations teams to audit lease agreements, rental income, and capital expenditure documentation.
Automate reporting via accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and support ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic property decisions.
