Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, visit prospective and existing customers, and promote compressed air dryers and filters that fit client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and presenting quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.



The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product selection and timely delivery, maintaining sales records and reports, and providing after-sales support to sustain strong customer relationships. The Salesperson is expected to meet defined sales targets, represent the company professionally in the market, and stay informed about products, competitors, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, compressed air systems, or related technical products.
Ability to understand and explain technical product features and benefits to customers in transparent, simple terms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proven ability to manage leads, plan sales visits, and work towards targets with minimal supervision.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking systems and common office software.
Comfort with on-site client meetings
