Role Description The Technical Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the trainer delivers high-quality technical training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to students preparing for placements in the tech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training curricula,



preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom sessions, and monitoring learner progress through assessments and feedback. The trainer collaborates with other trainers and program managers to align course content with current industry standards and placement requirements. The role also involves mentoring students, clarifying technical concepts, supporting doubt resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s learning programs.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core technical areas such as programming (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), data structures, algorithms, databases, and software development practices.
Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, or bootcamps, with skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.
