We conduct hands-on courses and workshops on AI tools, digital marketing, Canva, prompt engineering, graphic design, business skills, and career growth. Through our AI-learning app, The Profesor, learners get lifetime access to pre-recorded courses, doubt support from an in-built AI trainer, certificates on completion, and placement assistance after finishing their courses.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead Skillstride Academy's marketing function. This role will plan and drive marketing campaigns, grow our digital presence, and guide the marketing team to support course and workshop enrolments.

Salary Range: ₹5.4–8.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities




1 Head the marketing team and drive the marketing activities of the Academy
2 Handle social media, performance marketing, SEO, and target marketing
3 Plan campaigns, content, and other marketing initiatives
4 Work with designers and editors to get creatives and media output ready
5 Guide the marketing executive to complete marketing activities
6 Plan and manage offline marketing activities as per business needs

What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing
Degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong with ideation, research, and scripting
Robust understanding of social media, SEO, and WhatsApp marketing
