Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Executive role based at Mercure Hotels in Kakori. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves administering HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting payroll and attendance processes in coordination with relevant departments. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations, support performance management and appraisal cycles, and assist in organizing training, engagement, and welfare initiatives. The role also includes supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with hotel leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
Proficiency in recruitment and staffing processes, such as sourcing, screening,



interviewing coordination, and onboarding support.
Skills in performance management and employee engagement, including appraisals, feedback facilitation, and organizing engagement activities.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to hospitality or service-oriented environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar) and comfort working with data, reports, and HR metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience in hotels or hospitality is an advantage.
