Customer Support Executive (Tamil, Englsih) — Part-Time | Habeora AI Solutions, ChennaiHabeora builds AI receptionist and WhatsApp automation for clinics, salons, and small businesses across India. We're a new startup entering our launch phase and looking for a Tamil-speaking support executive to be the human behind our AI system.What you'll do:
Answer live calls when a customer asks for a real person, or the AI hands off a call
Handle "live agent" requests coming through our WhatsApp chat
If the AI couldn't connect a live call, call the customer back within 2 hours to complete their enquiry
Help complete free-trial signups — checking and filling any missing details
Keep accurate customer/lead records, shared with the team via Google Drive
Handle all Habeora support and customer emails
Coordinate between our technical, sales, and marketing teams — raise issues, track them to resolution, and keep everyone updated
Support scheduling for demo meetings with prospective clients
What we need:
Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written)




Comfortable managing phone, WhatsApp, and email at the same time
Organized and reliable with record-keeping
Own laptop (internet allowance provided)
Based in or near Chennai
Details: Part-time, available within 9 AM–9 PM (flexible scheduling), 1-month probation, ₹14,000–₹16,000/month + internet allowance. Start: end of August / 1 September 2026. Possible move to full time/office-based role after a few months, based on mutual agreement and business growth.
