Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting KarrierXcel’s digital training programs, engaging prospective learners, and driving enrollment growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cuttack and involves managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, counseling, and closing. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with walk-in and referred prospects, conducting phone and online follow-ups,



explaining course offerings and value propositions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, attend events or seminars, and provide feedback on learner needs and market trends. The role also includes meeting monthly and quarterly targets, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring a positive, supportive experience for all prospective learners.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling or education/training sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present program benefits clearly and build trust with diverse learners.
Basic knowledge of digital skills or the training/edtech sector, and the ability to understand and explain KarrierXcel’s offerings.
