Why this role exists
Demand currently runs through the founder. This is the first growth hire, joining in September, and the mandate is to turn founder-led lead generation into a repeatable, measurable acquisition engine — organic-first today, paid-ready the moment budget is switched on.
What you will do
• Own the qualified-lead line week by week, and report against it.
• Produce and direct local content in Kannada and English — written, social and video.
• Build Helira's Google Business Profile and maps presence, and manage listings and review surfaces.
• Run residential-community engagement sessions with RWAs and apartment associations.




• Design and run the referral programme, from incentive design to tracking.
• Set up funnel measurement inside the app: source tracking, quote-to-booking conversion, drop-off diagnosis.
• Prepare paid search and social campaigns — accounts, creative, tracking, structure — so they can be switched on for approval without a standing start.
• Run experiments across channels and messaging, and kill what does not work.
Essential requirements
• 4 to 8 years in consumer or D2C growth, with personal ownership of a lead or revenue number.
• Hands-on execution ability. This is a doer role with no team initially.
• Data literacy: you read funnels, size opportunities and design experiments yourself.
• Demonstrated organic craft — content, community, search presence, referrals — not just budget deployment.
• Paid-media readiness: you can stand up and optimise search and social campaigns when activated.
