Role Description The Operations Intern will support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities that help Protrainy deliver training programs efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling online classes, coordinating with instructors and learners, tracking attendance and feedback, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.



The intern will help streamline workflows, support basic project management tasks, and contribute to process improvements in course delivery and learner support. This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to operations in a modern E-learning environment.
