We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience selling Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Business Consulting, or Creative Agency services.

Candidates currently working with Digital Marketing Agencies, Branding Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, or Business Consulting firms will be preferred.

Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring B2B clients for Branding, Performance Marketing, StoryBrand Websites, Business Consulting, and Digital Growth solutions. You will generate leads, conduct discovery meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, close deals,



and build long-term client relationships while working closely with the strategy and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
Conduct discovery meetings and client presentations.
Prepare proposals and close new business.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with strategy, marketing, and execution teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience selling Branding, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Business Consulting, or Creative Agency services.
Strong B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office.
