Role Description The Assistant Manager will support branch and business operations at the Siliguri location in a full-time, in office role. This position includes coordinating with DSAs and channel partners, overseeing daily loan processing activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



The Assistant Manager will help track performance metrics, prepare operational and sales reports, and assist in executing strategies to increase loan volumes and customer acquisition. Additionally, the role involves resolving client queries, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with senior management to improve processes and service quality.
