Role Description The Manager of Operations at Balken Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing daily inventory, and distribution activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors process performance, and implements improvements in manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain workflows. The Manager of Operations maintains compliance with food safety standards, tracks key operational metrics,



and supports capacity planning and resource allocation. This position also collaborates with senior leadership on operational strategy, cost optimization, vendor management, and resolving any issues that impact product quality, service levels, or delivery timelines.

Qualifications
Experience in operations management within food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries, with robust skills in developing a retail network
