Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation, MIS reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable (AR)

* Manage end-to-end customer billing and collections.
* Generate and validate customer invoices as per contracts/POs.
* Monitor outstanding receivables and ageing reports.
* Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
* Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
* Prepare collection forecasts and cash-flow inputs.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

* Manage vendor invoice processing and payment cycles.
* Verify invoices against PO, GRN/service confirmation and supporting documents.
* Ensure accurate vendor accounting and timely payments.




* Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
* Monitor vendor ageing and payment schedules.

3. GST & Taxation

* Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns.
* Ensure proper GST classification, input tax credit reconciliation and compliance.
* Coordinate GST reconciliations between books and GST portals.
* Handle GST notices, assessments and queries with consultants/tax authorities.
* Ensure timely TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations and return filings.
* Support preparation and issuance of TDS certificates/Form 16A as applicable.

4. Invoicing & Revenue Accounting

* Oversee monthly/periodic invoicing and revenue recognition.
* Ensure invoices are accurate, compliant and raised within agreed timelines.
* Track credit notes, debit notes and invoice corrections.
