Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham. This role is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities for freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation services. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their logistics requirements, preparing and presenting quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The Sales Representative will maintain regular communication with existing customers, coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure service delivery, and follow up on shipments to support customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining sales records, tracking market trends, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and sales communication, with the ability to build trust and close business.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, port operations, customs clearance processes, and transportation services, especially related to Mundra and Kandla ports.
Ability to research market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and prepare clear, competitive proposals and quotations.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.
