Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. In this position, the Relationship Manager will identify and acquire new customers for retail and SME loan products, including mortgage, home, business, personal, working capital, and construction finance. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their financial requirements, recommending appropriate loan solutions,



and coordinating with partner banks and NBFCs for documentation, processing, and approvals. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing queries, and supporting clients through the loan lifecycle. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets while upholding regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Solid customer relationship management and client servicing skills; ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of retail and SME loan products such as mortgage, home, business, personal, working capital, and construction finance; understanding of basic credit and lending principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
