Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Business Development role based in New Delhi, focused on retail branding, advertising, and signage solutions. The team member will identify and pursue new B2B clients, build and maintain strong relationships with retail brands, agencies, and corporate customers, and promote Yellow Bee Retail’s printing, signage, and turnkey project services. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, market research, preparing and delivering sales pitches,



coordinating client meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. The role also involves collaborating with internal project and production teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction, while meeting revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in lead generation and market research, including identifying target sectors, prospecting, and analyzing market trends.
Solid analytical skills to evaluate opportunities, prepare proposals, and track performance against sales targets.
Previous experience in B2B business development, preferably in retail branding, printing, signage, advertising, or related industries.
