About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our Managed Services Provider (MSP) portfolio.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, understanding IT infrastructure requirements, and converting opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, events, and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement and Business Owners.
Understand customer requirements related to Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network, Firewall, SD-WAN, Managed IT Services and Data Center services.
Conduct customer meetings,



requirement discussions and solution presentations.
Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Generate recurring revenue through MSP/OPEX-based services and AMC contracts.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities among existing customers.
Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in CRM.
Follow up regularly with prospects and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, webinars, seminars and customer events for lead generation.
Track competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
