Role Purpose
We are looking for a field-oriented Audio Video System Integration Project Executive to manage and coordinate AV integration projects at customer sites.
The candidate will be responsible for site visits, understanding project requirements, coordinating installation, supporting configuration and commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful project handover.
The role requires regular travel to customer locations and coordination with customers, OEMs, vendors, installation engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites to understand project requirements and site conditions.
Conduct and support AV site surveys.
Understand project scope, BOQ/BOM, drawings, and technical requirements.
Coordinate and monitor AV installation and integration activities at customer locations.




Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical and Project teams.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and installation engineers.
Track material delivery, installation schedules, and project timelines.
Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of AV systems.
Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, equipment installation, and system integration.
Attend customer sites for project-related issues and technical coordination.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
Support customer demonstrations, testing, and final acceptance.
Prepare project reports, site visit reports, installation checklists, and handover documentation.
Ensure projects are completed according to customer requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with the support team for post-installation requirements.
