Role Description The Tax Manager is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing tax-related engagements and ensuring accurate, timely compliance for clients. Daily responsibilities include managing tax planning assignments, reviewing tax computations and returns, and supervising tax preparation work performed by team members. The role involves interpreting and applying relevant tax laws and regulations, advising clients on tax-efficient structures,



and responding to tax notices or inquiries from authorities. The Tax Manager will collaborate with audit and accounting teams, prepare technical memos and documentation, and support the training and development of junior staff. This role requires proactive communication with clients, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in tax planning, with the ability to design and evaluate tax-efficient strategies for individuals and businesses.
Demonstrated experience in tax compliance, including review and filing of returns, documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Hands-on proficiency in tax preparation, covering computations, working papers, and coordination with clients for necessary information.
