Role Description The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality technical training programs to students preparing for careers in the tech industry. This full-time, in office role is based in the Greater Chennai Area and involves planning, structuring,



and conducting sessions on core technical topics, coding, and interview preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training materials, creating assessments, providing hands-on guidance, and offering feedback to help learners strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and curriculum designers to keep content aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, addressing doubts, and contributing to continuous improvement of FACE Prep’s training offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering structured programs in software development or related areas.
