? Connect with candidates and understand their career goals, challenges & pain areas
? Identify the right Elevate Careers service based on their requirements
? Explain our services, programs and career solutions clearly
? Convert enquiries → qualified leads → paying clients
? Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp & other channels
? Build trust and create a strong candidate experience
? Maintain lead follow-up and conversion records
? Coordinate with the internal team for service delivery and candidate onboarding
? Support candidates with basic career guidance and identify opportunities for upskilling,



job search, resume, LinkedIn, interview & career support
