We are expanding our Hyderabad sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to build a career in B2B sales.

What you'll do
Your primary responsibility will be to create qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development Manager.
Research and identify potential B2B clients, especially manufacturing companies
Build and maintain prospect lists
Identify decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
Conduct outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach
Send targeted email/WhatsApp follow-ups
Understand basic prospect requirements and qualify opportunities
Schedule qualified meetings for the BDM




Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in Zoho CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects
Track daily/weekly outreach and meeting metrics
Work closely with the BDM to improve lead quality and conversion

Disciplined with daily targets and CRM update
Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic digital tool

Hungry to learn and grow in sale
