Role Description
Present company products/services (Industrial lubricants / Used Oil EPR / Sustainability/ Jobwork solutions) with a consultative approach.




Conduct structured outbound calls to generate qualified B2B leads from target industries (OEMs, manufacturing units, bulk buyers, compliance-driven companies, etc.).
Identify decision-makers (Plant Head, Purchase Head, Operations Head, etc.) and qualify leads based on business potential.
Fix appointments and coordinate meetings (virtual/physical) for the Sales & Business Development team.
Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-conversion ratios.
Maintain accurate records in CRM including call remarks, business potential, follow-up date, and closure status.
Share daily MIS reports covering calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline value.
Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams for smooth closure of client requirements.
