Role Description The Qualified Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves promoting Esperanza’s mental health and wellness services to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and relevant institutions, building strong relationships and increasing brand awareness. The Medical Representative will conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals, share product and program information, and provide scientific updates aligned with company guidelines.



Daily tasks include gathering market insights, monitoring competitor activities, maintaining accurate records of visits and outcomes, and supporting marketing initiatives and educational events. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies and ensure a professional, ethical representation of Esperanza’s services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Pharmacy and Medicine relevant to mental health and wellness services.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and clients.
Candidates should possess Market Intelligence skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
