Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling order processing, preparing quotations,



and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and other sales systems. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to schedule deliveries, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely responses to requests. The Sales Coordinator will assist in preparing sales reports, tracking targets, and supporting marketing and promotional activities as needed. Daily tasks also include managing documentation, updating product and pricing information, and providing administrative support to help drive efficient sales operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal processes effectively.
Ability to handle Sales activities, including follow-ups, quotation support, and basic opportunity tracking.
Strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
