Role Description The European Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The counselor will guide students interested in pursuing higher education in European countries, including explaining admission requirements,



application processes, visa procedures, scholarship options, and course selection. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and via phone or online), maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with universities and internal teams, and supporting students at each stage from inquiry to enrollment. The role also involves participating in seminars and workshops, providing up-to-date information on European education systems, and ensuring a high standard of service and ethical counseling practices. The counselor will collaborate closely with colleagues to meet recruitment targets while prioritizing student welfare and informed decision-making.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in student counseling, overseas education consulting, or academic advising, preferably with exposure to European universities.
