Role Description The Sr. Store Incharge is a full-time, on-site position based in Kadi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end store operations and inventory management.



The role includes monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate receipt and issuance of materials, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to meet project requirements. The Sr. Store Incharge ensures compliance with company processes, implements best practices for storage and handling, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe store environment. The position also focuses on preventing stock discrepancies, minimizing losses, and supporting timely dispatches to internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication are key to meeting operational timelines and customer commitments.
Qualifications
Robust store operations and inventory control capabilities, including Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in internal and external interaction
