Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The representative will log and track cases, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, collaborating with internal departments to address customer needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The role also requires adherence to service-level standards, active participation in training sessions, and support for new product or service rollouts by communicating updates to customers.
