Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Homeday will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records management in an on-site setting in Noida. This full-time role involves supporting HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee advantages, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement activities.



The specialist will help address employee queries, support recruitment and selection processes, and collaborate with managers to ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements. The role also includes preparing HR reports, contributing to HR process improvements, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
